We hope you love your Wrap Ring, but if you find that it's not quite right, please use the form below to let us know why! Please read the entire message below before filling out the following form.

We have a guaranteed return warranty of 15 days from the ship date. If you received a faulty Wrap Ring then don’t worry! We’ll be covering all of your costs.

Start a return claim within 15 days of the ship date in the U.S. and 20 days of the ship date in Canada. If the item is faulty we’ll cover all of your costs, but if not a $7.50 return postage fee and restocking fee (U.S.) or $11.50 return postage and restocking (Canada) is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item being returned was a gift, then you will receive an online credit after your wrap ring has been received and inspected.

We will email you shortly after we receive your return request with a printable shipping label. From there, just stick the label onto the outside of your package, apply the proper postage, and send it over to us! After we receive the returned item, we will inspect for damage and, if eligible, process a full refund including the initial shipping charge with an email.

We can only accept your return if the Wrap Ring is unused, in the original condition, and packed in the gift box it was sent in. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn or altered, we hope you understand!
